Future developments regarding interest rates, tax regulations, inflation or price fluctuations make any kind of projection unsecure, however, you should be able to estimate your further pension now, in a couple of years and when you are at retirement age.

Especially when moving around you should keep track with all your pension providers, you have been insured with, in order to never forget “who will pay your pension some day ...”

You are entitled to terminate the usage agreement by deleting your account at any time without giving reasons. At the same time as deleting your account FYP will also delete your personal data at its data centre.

The terms of user conditions describe your rights and responsibilities, besides stating the terms and conditions under which you may use My Dashboard. Please take your time to read the document carefully. The terms “you” and “your” as used herein refers to the person interested in the Personal Section.

FYP will inform you promptly, via the given email address about any amendments to the present user conditions. Every amendment will be content of the usage agreement.

FYP respects the processing of personal data in the electronic communication sector as well as electronic communication equipment and services to ensure an equivalent protection level of your right to privacy and confidentiality. 

Additionally, the user conditions are consistent with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act. FYP is not entitled to further use and/or disclosure of your personal data to any unauthorized person.

In case you decide to register via anonymously generated PIN, data will be processed via the server of the hosting provider Sigedis. 

However the entire process, including logging in, takes place exclusively on the basis of this pin, so that only systemically relevant personal data is collected and processed.  
 

The registration via the entry of specific personal data enables you to create your own profile in the My Dashboard feature.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Therefore, FYP wants to encourage you to use a password which is difficult to hack (e.g. use a combination of letters, numbers, symbols and at least 8 digits long) for your account. 

We draw your attention to your duty of care to ensure that no unauthorized third parties will be able to use your individual access data to prevent any kind of abuse. Please do not share your access data with third parties.

FYP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above

Should you forget your password please follow the instruction below:

• Follow the link “forgot password” and enter your email address you used when you created your FYP’s Personal Section ac-count and type in the Security Code.
• You will receive an automatic E-mail with your new password.
• Register with the new password.
• After log-in with the newly sent password please change the password which was given to you, under the section Password.

After registering you can use the optional features below in order to never keep track of your pension biography.

The features available on My Dashboard differ depending on the LOGIN mechanism which is used.  If you decide to register via PIN you will only have access to the features listed below. However you have access to all the features if you decide to register with your personal data requested.

Please save your pension providers responsible to your provider list and learn to which pension source this provider belongs. Moreover, you will find more information about your pension providers responsible on the Pension ABCs presented on the open section of the FYP website. Please be aware that you need to distinguish between the state and the occupational pension scheme. State pension providers are coloured as a green temple, occupational pension providers as a blue office building.

FYP would like to assist in having a better estimate of your later pension. That’s why FYP designed a feature, My Payout, which allows you to add up your pension entitlements, separated and sorted according to the different pension sources (state and occupational pension systems). You can fill in the requested amounts with the help of your pension statements. 

Not only pension schemes are different but also the way pension statements are presented. On some pension statements you can find a monthly pension amount, on some a yearly pension amount and on others a once and all payment being the capital value. Therefore, it is necessary to separate the different pension amounts. 

The Pension Summary only bases on the data you have entered. FYP neither checked the correctness of the data selected, entered or manually typed in nor wants to be liable for any value summarized in the chart “My Payout”.

Based on the information you state regarding your pension history, we provide recommendations on your next steps towards your pension payout. Saving the recommendations you receive from us automatically creates a clickable action list. This way, you get orientation with regard to optimizing your personal pension situation.

The E – Mail templates aim to simplify the contact with your pension provider. You can register for the newsletter with your e-mail address. The data will be stored for the purpose of contacting you.

The profile functionality enables you to create your own user profile in which you can save important pension data. However, the functionality is only available if you register with the requested personal data. 
The personal data is requested to enable the use of the Pension tracker, which will soon be available for Belgium. 
The user of the Pension Tracker has to be authenticated according to the eIDAS („electronic Identification, Authentication and trust Services“) framework. Therefore the purpose of the personal data is to simplify the costumer journey.
Until additional countries are available you are welcome to provide the following data (date of birth, country of birth, place of birth) voluntarily or even use a dummy.

Via the so called pension tracker you will be connected with pension tracking facilities of countries you may have worked in and will be able to compile those data in one overview.Collect personal pension data via the FYP Pension Tracker function which will be available in the course of this year. The first country to be implemented will be Belgium. The Pension Tracker will get you an insight of your pension situation in different countries and systems. 

All information you share with FYP in your profile via My Dashboard /the FYP Pension Tracker are saved for the duration of this user agreement (see II. above) or, if the data processing is based in your consent, as long as your consent is not revoked. There is no further data storage by FYP

The content and the transfer of data on the website are protected by the SSL/TLS connection. Transport Layer Security (TLS) and its predecessor, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) are cryptographic protocols designed to enable a secure communications system by transmitting documents and data via the Internet.

In case of necessary safety information which may affect personal data or any changes for these user conditions above FYP will inform you promptly, via the given email address.

Should FindyourPension not be able to provide its services any longer or should the ownership of FindyourPension change, you will receive an information email. In the first mentioned case you have time to check your saved data for 6 weeks, after receiving the information email. Afterwards the service will go offline and your data will be deleted. In the second mentioned case it is up to you to decide if you agree to the changed legal relationship or not.

However, the new/further owner, has to respect the processing of personal data in the electronic communication sector, the free movement of such data, as well as electronic communication equipment and services to ensure an equivalent protection level of your right to privacy and confidentiality in the same way as FYP does.
